Most U.S. bakery oven racks — including Baxter, Hobart, BKI, Vulcan, and similar rack-oven lines — mount casters on a 3-1/8″ × 4-1/8″ top plate. That is the plate on every yoke here. Typical bolt-hole centers fall near 2-1/16″ × 3-1/8″ (slotted ranges vary); measure your existing holes before ordering a drop-in.
With a 4″ wheel installed, overall height lands near 5-1/8″ — the mounting height bakeries expect so deck clearance stays consistent. These listings are yoke only (zinc-plated steel swivel frame). Order the matching epoxy wheel separately.

Epoxy wheels take the heat; yokes take flour, grease, washdown chemistry, and impact on oven thresholds. Replace the yoke when the swivel raceway is packed solid, a horn is bent, the plate is cracked or warped, or the axle holes are worn oval.
