CasterHQ’s LV Series Retractable Leveling Casters are built for industrial equipment that must roll smoothly for positioning and then lock rigidly for precision work. The leveling foot deploys to transfer load to the floor, reducing movement and helping control vibration.
Each LV Series caster uses a die-cast aluminum body with a reinforced steel swivel head and an internal mechanical leveling system. When deployed, the rubber foot pad lifts the wheel off the floor and stabilizes the equipment by transferring load directly to the leveling foot.

Each purchase includes four (4) casters in one box with mounting hardware included. Designed around a standard plate mounting pattern for straightforward installation on work tables, frames, and equipment bases.

Shipping method
Smaller orders ship parcel (UPS/FedEx Ground). Heavy or bulk quantities consolidate to LTL freight. The method and final cost are shown before payment, so there are no post-checkout adjustments.

This 2" x 0.88" Nylon Swivel Retractable Leveling Caster – 2,400 lb is rated to 2400 lbs per caster. Size a set by dividing the total load by the number of casters, and for uneven floors assume 3 of 4 casters carry the load. Keep continuous-use loads within about 75-80% of the rating.
This caster runs a Nylon wheel with a 7/8" tread width. Nylon resists chemicals and moisture and carries high loads, which suits washdown and wet environments.
This caster uses a top-plate mount. Measure your existing mounting holes before ordering; if you are replacing casters, match the bolt pattern - most standard patterns interchange across brands.
Rated for -20°F to 180°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
The Nylon wheel performs best on smooth, hard industrial floors. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
The overall height (floor to top of plate or stem) is 3.23". Account for it when checking equipment clearance, dock height, and ergonomic working height.
