All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

High temperature casters in high-temp phenolic, ductile iron and semi-steel, 4 to 12 in wheels, rated 300 to 6,000 lb per caster.
Which heat job are you solving?
High-temp casters are not one-size-fits-all. Pick powder/finishing, bakery oven rack, or BBQ/smoker, then confirm continuous °F and capacity on the product page.
Powder-coat cure, paint booth & flash-off, autoclave/sterilizer, heat-treat adjacent. Measure continuous °F, peak, wet vs dry, load per corner, plate (common finishing: 4″ × 4-1/2″).
Rotating rack ovens and bakery rack carts (hub titles: 475°F). Often 3-1/8″ × 4-1/8″ plate on oven-rack SKUs, measure yours. Start at the bakery oven rack hub for plate fitment, then shop complete casters.
Outdoor pits and smokers need heat plus weather durability and lock-for-cook. Do not spec BBQ outdoor kits as drop-in powder-cure cart casters without measuring duty and mount.
Powder / finishing temp bands (hub language only, VERIFY on PDP)
| Continuous band | Material path | Shop | Capacity note |
|---|---|---|---|
| 250°F–1,300°F (hub title) | Match material to duty | heat-casters | Hub: 300–1,630 lb/caster on 4″–8″; steel wheels to 2,400 lb, see PDP |
| 475°F continuous | Phenolic and epoxy resin | heat-casters · phenolic SKUs | Per-SKU: see PDP |
| Glass-filled nylon to 400°F | Moist / wet-cycle / solvent flash-off | heat-casters nylon SKUs | Per-SKU: see PDP |
| 500°F and up | Inferno forged steel / stainless | heat-casters shop-by-type | Inferno forged steel to 750°F (hub list), VERIFY on PDP |
| Steel wheel 1,300°F continuous | Steel wheel path | heat-casters / HT wheels | Per-SKU: see PDP |
| Avoid PU (~180°F softens) | Do not use PU on cure lines | , | , |
Powder-cure context (hub, not a SKU rating): common cycles 350–450°F for 20–30 minutes dry heat. Size SKUs to continuous PDP rating with margin. Bakery oven-rack path lives on the bakery oven rack hub and complete oven-rack casters, sibling to this finishing/powder hub, not a replacement for it.
