All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

Standard-duty casters carry up to 1,630 lb per caster — the dependable middle of the catalog, built for general industrial and commercial equipment that needs solid, no-drama mobility. Not the lightest, not the heaviest: the proven default for carts, racks, and equipment that just has to roll reliably.
Filter & Sort

Standard duty is the answer when the application doesn't push any extreme — load is moderate, the floor is normal industrial concrete, the duty cycle is regular but not punishing. It covers the broad middle of equipment: stock carts, work tables, shelving units, general shop and warehouse rigs. The construction is proven and the value is strong because nothing is over-engineered.
Standard-duty builds use cast iron and polyurethane-on-iron cores through the range, precision ball or roller bearings, and standard kingpin swivels. Match the wheel to the floor: polyurethane for protection and quiet, phenolic for oily areas, rubber where cushion matters. The tiles below shop by capacity and wheel.
Moderate capacity (to 1,630 lb here), proven construction, no extreme-environment engineering. The dependable default for general equipment.
They overlap heavily — both cover the reliable middle. Standard-duty in this hub reaches slightly higher, to 1,630 lb.
Yes — a four-caster set rolls comfortably by hand through several thousand pounds total on a decent floor.
Our US-based caster engineers will match the right build to your load, floor, and application.
