All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
Purpose-built keg trucks for breweries, bars, distributors, and event venues. The curved B5MK frame matches the keg shape so the truck cradles the keg instead of pinching it — one person can stage and roll a 165 lb half-barrel across a dock or down a freight ramp without straining the lift angle.
Filter & Sort

Rated for full half-barrels (165 lb) plus stacked sixtels
4-ply pneumatic absorbs dock-plate and curb impact
Aluminum frame keeps lift load on the keg, not the truck
Recessed steel mount — rated for repeat keg drops
A flat-back hand truck pinches the keg between handle and frame. After a few hundred lifts, that pinch point dents the keg shell and stresses the operator’s shoulder on every tilt-back. The B5MK curved frame matches the keg radius so the contact pressure spreads across the full curve — less keg damage, less operator fatigue, fewer drops.
The sliding hook on the curved back clamps the keg lip against the frame so the keg doesn’t shift during tilt-back rolling. Critical on stair routes, freight elevators, or anywhere a slip costs you a $200 keg deposit plus the contents.
