The Hamilton Champion CH Series is the carbon-steel heavy-duty platform that anchors much of Hamilton's range — forged top plate, tapered raceway, up to 4,000 lb per caster. It's the rigging that runs in steel mills, automotive plants, and foundries, and the base that the stainless CHS and other Champion variants are built on.
Hamilton built the Champion rigging to be the dependable heavy-duty standard, and it became the base platform for a whole family: the stainless Champion (CHS), the spring-loaded Champion (SPCH), and others all start from this rigging. The carbon-steel CH series itself is the workhorse — forged top plate, tapered raceway, the construction that takes manufacturing-floor abuse and keeps rolling. Up to 4,000 lb per caster covers the heart of heavy industrial duty.
The CH series runs Hamilton's full heavy-duty wheel bench — Plastex phenolic, Duralast and Superlast polyurethane, forged steel, Nylast nylon. Match the wheel to the floor and duty; the rigging stays the same proven Champion platform underneath. Standard plate mount, swivel and rigid.
