All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

Heavy duty total locking casters use a brake that locks both the wheel and the swivel to help keep equipment stationary and secure under high loads. This collection includes plate mount total lock casters with wheel diameters ranging from 4" to 8" and load ratings up to 1,250 lb per caster (approximately ~5,000 lb per set of four under even loading).
Common applications include workbenches, machinery bases, platform trucks, industrial carts, staging equipment, and mobile fixtures where drift resistance matters.
Capacity note: Set-of-4 ratings are planning estimates (4 × per-caster). For ramps, impacts, and uneven floors, use a safety margin and size up.

A heavy duty total locking caster uses a brake that locks both the wheel and the swivel to keep equipment stationary under higher loads.
Up to 1,250 lb per caster depending on wheel size and caster configuration.
This category covers 4"–8" wheel diameters (varies by model).
The top plate size is 4" × 4-1/2".
Wheel brakes stop rolling only. Total lock brakes secure both wheel rotation and swivel movement for maximum stability.
A quick estimate is 4 × the per-caster rating (up to ~5,000 lb). For uneven floors, impacts, and dynamic movement, add a safety margin and size up.
Larger wheels (6"–8") generally roll easier over thresholds, debris, and joints and reduce push force.
Common uses include workbenches, machinery bases, platform trucks, industrial carts, staging equipment, and mobile fixtures.
Yes. Total lock brakes secure the swivel and wheel together to reduce drift and unwanted rotation when parked.
