All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

Blickle casters pair German engineering with U.S. stock. CasterHQ is an authorized distributor carrying 146 Blickle styles in both Metric and Imperial specifications, from light leveling casters to 13,000 lb heavy-duty rigs.
Blickle is a German caster manufacturer known for tight tolerances, tested load ratings, and long service life. Precision raceways and Blickle's own wheel compounds reduce rolling resistance and hold up in industrial, cleanroom, and healthcare settings where cheaper casters wear out or fail certification.
Match the series to the job:
Blickle casters in stock range from about 100 lb to 13,000 lb per caster. Size by load per caster and apply a 33% derate for four-wheel carts on uneven floors. For the heaviest tow and machinery loads, Blickle's kingpinless-style heavy rigs hold geometry under side thrust.
Blickle parts carry an alphanumeric model code (for example LPA-VSTH-35K). Match the code if you have it; otherwise send wheel diameter, tread material, mount type, stem or plate dimensions, and load. Because we stock both Metric and Imperial, we can cross a European Blickle part to the correct U.S.-spec fit.
Extrathane is Blickle's signature polyurethane tread — bonded to the wheel core so it will not peel under load, with low rolling resistance and high tear strength. It is the go-to when you need polyurethane's quiet floor protection at higher capacity than a standard poly wheel.
Blickle buyers usually have a specific model code from a European machine. Send that code — we cross it to in-stock U.S. specs rather than making you guess the equivalent. When there is no code, wheel diameter plus mount dimensions is enough to match.
