Acute care hospitals

Three things go wrong — and each one costs the facility.

HCAHPS quietness across every floor

Squealing carts on every unit erode HCAHPS quietness scores hospital-wide. We document decibel readings per asset class and restore corridor calm building-wide.

OSHA push-force across the workforce

Worn casters drive musculoskeletal claims across nursing, EVS, transport, and dietary. Specified-for-load components reduce strain measurably across the workforce.

Uptime on patient-critical equipment

A single failed wheel pulls a bed, crash cart, or stretcher out of rotation. We extend equipment lifecycle and prevent the drift to broken inventory.

How we work

A three-step engagement designed around your facility's schedule, not ours.

01

Inspect

Same-day on-site walk across the DFW metroplex. We catalog every cart, wheel, and stem dimension — with push-force and decibel baselines per asset class.

02

Specify

An engineered upgrade plan keyed to your noise and push-force targets. Locked spec sheet, transparent line-item quote, Net 30 invoicing.

03

Install

Our crew arrives at your designated staging area to swap and repair on-site. After-hours and pickup-and-return options when patient flow requires it.

Outcomes for the facility

Procurement-grade engagement. Measurable results across every install.

Measurable HCAHPS quietness improvement

Pre- and post-install decibel readings documented per asset class — defensible evidence for CMS reporting and patient experience reviews.

OSHA-aligned push-force reduction

Force-gauge readings before and after every swap. Less staff strain, fewer workers' compensation claims, lower turnover.

Extended equipment lifecycle

Failed casters are typically a $40 fix on a $4,000 asset. We restore equipment to spec rather than retiring it prematurely.

Single-vendor accountability

One COI on file. One W-9. One crew leader. One invoice. CasterDoctor handles inspection, engineering, and install end-to-end.

"Healthcare facilities deserve a single point of accountability — from the first inspection through the last wheel installed. That's how we run every job."

Frequently asked

Repair, response time, and fit.

Can you really service every wheeled asset in our hospital?
Yes — that is the model. We inspect and inventory every wheeled asset class in the building, deliver one engineered spec sheet, and install under one COI, one W-9, one crew, one invoice.
How do you handle a 24/7 facility with no downtime windows?
We coordinate per unit. Equipment is only down for the swap itself — minutes per asset. We stage and rotate so each unit always has working equipment. After-hours and pickup-and-return available.
Do you document HCAHPS and OSHA data?
Every install captures before-and-after decibel readings (HCAHPS quietness) and push-force gauge readings (OSHA ergonomics) per asset class — defensible data for CMS reporting.
Are you an approved vendor?
CasterDoctor is an approved vendor with Texas Health Resources and onboarded with multiple DFW health systems. We submit new-facility vendor applications the same business day.
What's the lead time?
Same-day inspection across DFW. Engineered quote within 1-3 business days. Most building-wide jobs phase install over 2-4 weeks; rush options available.
