All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
Lab carts, instrument carts, and specimen carts carry sensitive, expensive payloads. Worn casters vibrate, drift, and shed particulate. CasterDoctor restores smooth, low-vibration, cleanroom-appropriate casters on-site.
Sensitive instruments and specimens don't tolerate caster vibration. Precision sealed casters give smooth, low-vibration roll across lab flooring.
Worn caster treads shed particulate that fails cleanroom and lab-environment audits. Sealed, non-marking casters keep the floor and the air clean.
An instrument cart that drifts risks a tipped analyzer or dropped sample rack. Precision casters track straight and lock dead-still.
Same-day on-site walk across the DFW metroplex. We catalog every cart, wheel, and stem dimension — with push-force and decibel baselines per asset class.
An engineered upgrade plan keyed to your noise and push-force targets. Locked spec sheet, transparent line-item quote, Net 30 invoicing.
Our crew arrives at your designated staging area to swap and repair on-site. After-hours and pickup-and-return options when patient flow requires it.
Precision sealed casters specified for smooth transport of sensitive lab instruments and specimens.
Non-marking, sealed, non-shedding casters appropriate for controlled lab environments.
Positive-lock casters that hold instrument and analyzer carts dead-still when parked.
Every lab, instrument, and specimen cart inventoried and serviced in one engagement, one invoice.
"Healthcare facilities deserve a single point of accountability — from the first inspection through the last wheel installed. That's how we run every job."
Submissions route directly to and the CasterDoctor crew. Once your facility is approved as a vendor, we'll provide a dedicated work-order email address for ongoing service requests.
