All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
OR equipment — C-arms, surgical tables, booms, microscopes, back tables — has to position precisely and lock dead-still. Worn casters drift mid-procedure. CasterDoctor restores precision-positioning casters on-site, OR-schedule-aware.
A C-arm or microscope that drifts after positioning compromises the procedure. We restore casters that move smooth and lock with zero creep.
Worn casters make heavy OR equipment jerk into position. Precision sealed casters give the smooth float surgeons and techs expect.
Cracked caster housings fail OR terminal-clean audits. Sealed, smooth-housing casters pass — and run silent during the case.
Same-day on-site walk across the DFW metroplex. We catalog every cart, wheel, and stem dimension — with push-force and decibel baselines per asset class.
An engineered upgrade plan keyed to your noise and push-force targets. Locked spec sheet, transparent line-item quote, Net 30 invoicing.
Our crew arrives at your designated staging area to swap and repair on-site. After-hours and pickup-and-return options when patient flow requires it.
Every caster tested for dead-lock under the equipment's actual weight — no drift mid-procedure.
Precision sealed casters that eliminate stick-slip when techs position heavy OR equipment.
Smooth, sealed caster housings that pass OR infection-control and terminal-clean audits.
We work block-schedule downtime, weekends, and after-hours so OR equipment is never down during cases.
"Healthcare facilities deserve a single point of accountability — from the first inspection through the last wheel installed. That's how we run every job."
Submissions route directly to and the CasterDoctor crew. Once your facility is approved as a vendor, we'll provide a dedicated work-order email address for ongoing service requests.
