Medical cart and computer cart wheel repair across the DFW metroplex.

Computer carts, med carts, and WOWs (workstations on wheels) live in the hallway 24/7. When the casters squeal or seize, the cart drags down HCAHPS quietness and your nurses' shoulders. We fix them on-site.

Medical & computer carts

Three things go wrong — and each one costs the facility.

Silence the 2 a.m. squeal

A squealing WOW outside a patient room at night is a direct HCAHPS quietness hit. Engineered TPR treads and sealed bearings restore corridor calm.

Carts nurses can push one-handed

Nurses push medication and computer carts hundreds of times a shift. Worn casters multiply that strain. Specified-for-load components cut push force measurably.

Stop the wobble and drift

A wobbling med cart risks dropped supplies and tipped monitors. Precision swivel casters track true and lock when parked.

How we work

A three-step engagement designed around your facility's schedule, not ours.

01

Inspect

Same-day on-site walk across the DFW metroplex. We catalog every cart, wheel, and stem dimension — with push-force and decibel baselines per asset class.

02

Specify

An engineered upgrade plan keyed to your noise and push-force targets. Locked spec sheet, transparent line-item quote, Net 30 invoicing.

03

Install

Our crew arrives at your designated staging area to swap and repair on-site. After-hours and pickup-and-return options when patient flow requires it.

Outcomes for the facility

Procurement-grade engagement. Measurable results across every install.

Measurable quietness gain

Pre- and post-install decibel readings per cart class — defensible data for HCAHPS quietness reporting.

Reduced nurse push strain

Force-gauge readings before and after every swap. Less repetitive-strain load on nursing and pharmacy staff.

Carts stay charged and rolling

A seized caster pulls a WOW off the floor. We keep your cart fleet in rotation and out of the broken-equipment corner.

One invoice, whole fleet

We inventory and service every cart on the unit in one engagement. One COI, one W-9, one crew, one invoice.

"Healthcare facilities deserve a single point of accountability — from the first inspection through the last wheel installed. That's how we run every job."

Frequently asked

Repair, response time, and fit.

Do you repair computer carts / WOWs as well as medication carts?
Yes — workstations on wheels, medication carts, computer carts, crash carts, isolation carts, procedure carts, and supply carts. Any wheeled cart on the unit.
Can you make our carts quieter for HCAHPS?
That is the core of what we do. We replace worn casters with engineered TPR-tread, sealed-bearing components and document before-and-after decibel readings tied to HCAHPS quietness benchmarks.
Do you service carts on-site or do we ship them to you?
On-site across the DFW metroplex. Most facilities stage carts in a designated area and our crew swaps casters there. Pickup-and-return is available when patient flow requires it.
Our carts are different brands and sizes — is that a problem?
No. We catalog each cart's wheel and stem dimensions at inspection and spec the correct component per cart class. Mixed fleets are normal.
How quickly can you turn around a cart fleet?
Same-day inspection. Engineered quote within 1-3 business days. Most fleet jobs ship and install within 2-3 weeks; rush options available.
