All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
Med carts, pharmacy delivery carts, and automated dispensing carts run constant routes. Worn casters slow the route, strain pharmacy techs, and rattle the floor. CasterDoctor restores quiet, easy-roll casters on-site.
Pharmacy techs push delivery carts miles per shift. Worn casters add drag to every foot. Specified-for-load casters cut route push-force measurably.
Med carts on worn casters rattle past patient rooms day and night. Sealed-bearing, engineered-tread casters run silent.
A seized caster pulls an automated dispensing cart off the route. We keep the pharmacy fleet rolling and out of the broken-equipment corner.
Same-day on-site walk across the DFW metroplex. We catalog every cart, wheel, and stem dimension — with push-force and decibel baselines per asset class.
An engineered upgrade plan keyed to your noise and push-force targets. Locked spec sheet, transparent line-item quote, Net 30 invoicing.
Our crew arrives at your designated staging area to swap and repair on-site. After-hours and pickup-and-return options when patient flow requires it.
Force-gauge readings before and after every swap — less repetitive-strain load on pharmacy staff.
Sealed-bearing casters that don't rattle through patient-care corridors during med-pass.
Every med cart, delivery cart, and dispensing cart logged by asset tag and serviced in one engagement.
One COI, one W-9, one crew, one invoice for the whole pharmacy cart fleet.
"Healthcare facilities deserve a single point of accountability — from the first inspection through the last wheel installed. That's how we run every job."
Submissions route directly to and the CasterDoctor crew. Once your facility is approved as a vendor, we'll provide a dedicated work-order email address for ongoing service requests.
