All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
High temperature wheels — phenolic, steel, and specialty heat-resistant wheel options for bakery, oven, autoclave, foundry, and high-temp industrial use. 350°F continuous, 500°F intermittent ratings. Standard wheel materials degrade above 180°F (polyurethane) or 250°F (most rubber) — these are engineered for sustained heat. Stocked at our Mansfield, TX facility.

High temperature wheels survive environments where standard polymer wheels would melt or deform. Standard on bakery rack carts, oven racks, autoclaves, dish machines, and any equipment near sustained heat sources.
Match the wheel rating to your environment. 350°F continuous covers most bakery and autoclave use. 500°F for furnace/oven proximity.
Phenolic: standard high-temp choice, 350-500°F. Forged steel: extreme heat. Specialty silicone or PTFE-based: chemical + heat.
Sealed high-temp bearings with high-temperature grease — standard grease degrades above 400°F.
Polyurethane melts above 180°F — never use in high-temp applications.
