All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
Hydraulic lift tables and mobile scissor lifts for assembly stations, loading docks, and material handling. Foot-pump and electric models, 660 to 4,400 lb capacity, lift heights from 35 to 51 inches. Match lift rating to your heaviest load + 25 percent. Common operations: 660 lb assembly, 1,100 lb packaging, 2,200 lb pallet-mid, 4,400 lb heavy pallet.
Standard lift height 35-51 inches. Floor-level loading to standing work height. Some models have stroke options for taller workpieces.
Foot-pump: low cost, no power required, slower. Electric: faster, less operator effort, requires AC power or battery.
